At a Citizenship Ceremony held on St. Andrew's Day, Vice Lord-Lieutenant John Spruce welcomed Bulgarian Dimitar Taskov as a new British Citizen. He has been in Scotland for 8 years, the last 3 of which in Clackmannanshire. He now lives in Alva with his partner Irina.
Also welcomed were Argentinian born Nicolussi and Maria Fontanarrossa and their children, all of whom received their certificates of naturalisation. They have been in Scotland now for a decade, the last 2 of which in Dollar.
