Vice Lord-Lieutenant John Spruce was delighted to attend a Citizenship Ceremony which took place earlier today at the Speirs Centre in Alloa. Three new British Citizens were welcomed by him on behalf of the Crown. The image shows Zakia Malyh, originally from Morocco; Amarjit Singh who hails from the Punjab and Mehanna Mohamad Alhentayle from the Syrian Arab Republic all with their Certificates of Naturalisation. We welcome all of them to our County and Country.
