In what has been a busy week for the Lieutenancy, Vice Lord-Lieutenant John Spruce attended a Citizenship Ceremony for Khalat Mohammed Othman at the Speirs Centre. Originally from Syria, the County's newest citizen, who has already been resident in the UK for 7 years, is now living with her brother and sister-in-law in Tullibody.
