It has been announced today that the Royal Garden Party which was due to take place this coming July at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh has been cancelled due to the current health restrictions.
While this will be a huge disappointment to all of you who had been looking forward to the occasion, we are sure that the reasons for it will be clear and that, in the current difficulties, there really was no other option.
It is proposed that everyone who had been nominated to attend the 2020 Garden Party will be nominated to attend the Garden Party in 2021 although the precise details of the arrangements have still to be confirmed. The Garden Party Office at Buckingham Palace is presently closed but we will try our best to answer any questions you may have in the meantime.
