David & Violet Vance of Dovehill celebrated their Diamond Wedding today, accompanied by friends and family who had gathered for a meal to mark the happy occasion. John MacPherson DL was on hand to present the Royal Anniversary Greeting from her Majesty the Queen and is pictured below between the Happy Couple.
