At a Ceremony held earlier this evening in the Cochrane Hall in Alva, Lord-Lieutenant Johnny Stewart was delighted to present the Glencairn crystal to the 2025 Community Champion, June Anderson BEM of the Clackmannanshire Tenants & Residents Federation.
She has been a tireless advocate over many decades for the people of the County regarding all issues relating to housing and she was one of the first to react to the recent disaster which has affected the residents of Coalsnaughton. She has been recognised across the UK and it is entirely right that she has received this award on behalf of the people of Clackmannanshire
