Four new British Citizens were presented with their Certificates of Naturalisation at the Speirs Centre in Alloa on Thursday 31st May. Vice Lord-Lieutenant John Spruce, representing Lord-Lieutenant Johnny Stewart, was pleased to hand over the certificates to Katarzyna Anna Goszka from Grudziadz in Poland, Michael Pierre Jean Bekaert originally from Savigny-sur-Orge in France and also to husband and wife Joshua Zachariah Milton and Rachel Anne Hephzibah Milton, originally from India.
